Rosa, the series of metal frames for one of the buildings that was under construction fell over. The falling frame started a domino effect and started knocking over the rest of the building frames (I believe around 8 or 10 of them) and killed many workers. How unfortunate for the many killed laborers. I was so shocked with the many unsafe construction projects that I witnessed. I plan on retiring there very soon and I hope the Philippine governments have made improvement on their construction safety standards.
